The Process
Whilst each project is unique, over time we have developed a process called juicy steps that we find helps clarify and provide direction. Each step is designed to analyse the situation, explore the options or clarify the direction before moving to the next step.
From your point of view, the best part is that we get to do most of the work. All you have to do is review and approve it. And we won’t move forward until you are happy and have signed off at each stage. We’re tenacious and will keep working away until we get your approval!
Remember, our aim is to make the entire process as hassle free for you as possible. We’ll keep the project moving along but will keep in regular contact with you and you can provide as little or as much feedback and direction as you want.
Relationships are very important to us so one of our principals will be appointed your Account Manager and they will be your point of contact right through the project. You can speak to them whenever you have a question, concern, suggestion or just need a good laugh.
